Submit an Abstract

However, we have limited spaces remaining for late-accepted abstracts to be presented as posters.

The deadline for abstracts submission has been extended until September 30th, 2025.

Please download the abstract template. The maximum length for the abstract is 2 pages (not including references)

Please also fill an abstract form which allows you to select the type of presentation oral, poster or either. If you would like to apply for a partial scholarship, you will be able to do so in that form.

Within 3 weeks of the deadline for abstract submissions presenters will be informed of the outcome. Invitation letters will be sent to those participants who require a visitor’s visa to New Zealand. Go to this link to check what type of visa you might need to come to New Zealand.
